Community Planting Day, Slope Hill Reserve

Community Native Tree Planting Day - Slope Hill Reserve

We invite our entire community to join us at this special site on Saturday April 12th, as we continue revegetating this former grazing land with the plants that were once common here.

Together we will add 1000 more plants to this establishing site, which we first adopted in 2019 when we started planting the riparian strips along the stream. It is staggering that there have been close to 40,000 plants planted at this site in that time and it is not hard to envisage how amazing this valley is going to be in the coming years.
